No Fuss Nutella Cheesecake

There are some desserts that feel like they require a culinary degree, a perfectly timed oven, and a pinch of kitchen magic. This is not one of them. Our No Fuss Nutella Cheesecake is what you whip up when you want all the wow-factor without the stress – rich, creamy, chocolate-hazelnut goodness layered over a crunchy biscuit base and chilled to perfection.

It’s the kind of dessert that gets people talking. The one you bring to a family dinner or Easter lunch and casually say, “Oh, it’s just a no-bake cheesecake,” while they marvel at your genius. It’s indulgent, dreamy, and dangerously easy to make. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just feel like spoiling yourself (or your people), this is your go-to showstopper – no oven, no fuss, all flavour.

This one’s for the chocolate lovers – rich, creamy, and indulgent. Our No Fuss Nutella Cheesecake.

Ingredients:

250g digestive biscuits (or gingernuts for extra spice)

75g unsalted butter, softened

350g Nutella (room temperature)

100g toasted hazelnuts, chopped (set 25g aside for the base)

500g cream cheese, room temperature

60g icing sugar, sifted

Instructions:

In a food processor, blitz the biscuits with the softened butter and about 1 tablespoon (15g) of Nutella until the mix starts to come together like wet sand. Add 25g of the chopped hazelnuts and pulse a few more times to combine.

Tip the crumb mixture into a 23cm springform tin and press it firmly into the base using the back of a spoon or your hands. Pop it in the fridge to chill while you make the filling.

In a large bowl, gently mix the cream cheese and sifted icing sugar until smooth. Add the remaining Nutella and continue to mix on low until fully combined and silky. Be careful not to overmix – we want it rich and creamy, not fluffy.

Spoon the Nutella mixture over the chilled base and smooth out the top. Sprinkle the remaining 75g of chopped hazelnuts over the top for crunch and flair.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow it to firm up properly. The wait is worth it!

Release from the tin and serve straight from the fridge. For extra wow-factor, decorate with a drizzle of melted chocolate, more hazelnuts, biscuit crumbs, or a Ferrero Rocher or two.
