Herb Salt Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

4 Lamb chops

2 tablespoons oil (avocado or olive)

2 tablespoons Avohaven Herbalicious (herb salt)

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary

1 teaspoon fresh thyme

Fresh rosemary for cooking (optional)

Squeeze of lemon for serving (optional)


Instructions:

Mix the oil, herb salt, garlic, rosemary, and thyme in a small bowl to create a marinade. Rub the mixture over the lamb chops, ensuring they're well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

In a skillet or on the bbq over medium heat, sear the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked to your liking. Allow the lamb to rest for 5 minutes before serving with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice.


The sprinkle of lemon juice will give the dish a bright, fresh finish, which is perfect for balancing the herb flavors.
