50gms of fresh Coriander leaves
1 tablespoon of toasted cashew nuts
1 clove of garlic
20g of Parmesan cheese
100mls Avocado Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste (our Smoked Garlic salt works well here)
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients together and season to taste
