Store purchased prawns like Sailors Choice Prawns available at Woolworths
Avohaven Chilli Garlic Salt
Lemon
Finely chopped parsley for decoration.
Instructions:
Toss the prawns on some oil (avocado or olive) and a squeeze of lemon juice. Alternatively you can heat some butter in a frying pan.
Add the required number of prawns to the pan over a medium heat and start to cook.
Turn the heat down low and sprinkle generously with Avohaven Chilli Garlic salt and saute for a couple of minutes until cooked.
Serve with a garnish of lemon wedges and a sprinkle of chopped parsley for decoration.

Perfectly cooked prawns are opaque and pink/orange in colour with slightly curled tails that form a C-shape.
Over cooked prawns will be a solid white colour with their tails curled into a tight circle or O shape. Over cooked prawns will be chewy or rubbery.
